Ringmer is a pleasant Sussex Weald village of about five thousand people, three miles from the county town of Lewes. It has an ancient Parish Church, a shopping precinct, social and sports activities, supportive groups, a Community College and a Primary School.
Most local activities are well represented by web sites. These pages therefore seek to explore particular features, assisted by archives of Ringmer Evening Women's Institute and other sources gratefully acknowledged. |
